I have been using the oxide form of Magnesium and one pill a day that is 500mg. I wasn't sure how much to take of that. I am going to switch to Citrate and slowly go up. Do you do salt loading every day or just until symptoms disappear. My daughter just got diagnosed with PCOS so I have her on Iodoral now also. She is apprehensive so I am really trying hard to keep her taking it. She is on 25mg a day and I don't think I can get her to take more so I hope it helps. It is so hard not to be mad about what they have done to us. I feel so blessed and I am so thankful I found out about Iodine before it was too late.
