Hey, I'm glad you like the book! I'm noticing a lot of what Dr. Bob was going off of reminded me of Gerson therapy. Of course, several doctors and medical researchers during this time teamed together and sort of gleaned information off eachother. I was just reading a newer book based on Gerson and they do give some detailed information about which juices to use for which conditions. If you'd like the title, let me know.

Roger fasted for something like 35 days, I believe. I remember thinking it sounded like a short time for such a horrible disease, but Dr. Bob started him out slowly, first taking the caffiene, then the cigarettes...
