I like the Himalayan salt, sometimes use Sea Salt .
Others like Redmonds and Celtic are recommended within the group. I believe they all can work out.

Magnesium in the right form is vital; Citrate or malate are ok. I tried the most used form; oxide / hydroxide; no result except the runs.
