I started on Iodine (Iodral) about 40 days ago. The first day I felt 95% better. I was so amazed, I have tried every supplement you can imagine tyring to feel better. I want to share it with everyone but a lot of people are skeptical. My hair is growing in thicker, my nails are getting stronger and I am waking up in the morning without feeling gloom and doom. My body temperature seems to have regulated although I always felt hot instead of cold. I have more energy and I can concentrate and think again. My heartburn is almost completely gone and I no longer have to pee every 10 minutes. I could go on and on about all the great things that are happening. I have one problem though and that is constipation. I always had it before but it seems to have gotten worse. I know this is probably from detox. I am taking all the supplements but I have a really hard time drinking anything but plain water and that includes salt water. Can I just take the salt without putting it in water and then drink my water till I urinate? Or does anyone have any suggestions? I would really appreciate any help I can get.
