read the post I just put up above this one.

I did SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) last night. I drank all the quart down in about 5 minutes, which I think was a big mistake. I also massaged my tummy for a bit to get it down.

I was up for a few hours, needless to say.

I did the senna tea in the morning and will do it in a bit again-

Have had all types of stomach gurgling and weird pains and elimination.
