I spoke to soon.

As soon as I posted, my guts started working up and I was expelling weird clear mucus. I got really tired and slept 3 hours.

I have only had 3 lemonades today and a senna in the AM and another now. I slept so much that I missed some drinking.

I feel crappy again. I am tired and have a weird stomach cramp in my muscles on the right side.

SOOOO---pink tongue or not, my body is still expelling STUFF. I shall start the P and B shakes later this weekend.

I cannot believe I have come this far!
