Hmm, that's truly bad and very un-Humaworm-like. I hope there is a satisfactory explanation for such a prolonged communication breakdown.
Where do you live? If it's outside the US, then things can get pretty sluggish, as the USPS doesn't know anything about the speed of light, especially when a despatch is meant to leave its shores.
