You are right Fecalodor.

If you have a malabsorption syndrome with an overgrowth of bacteria or fungus in your intestines (like I do), whatever comes out will smell like it's rotting, and strongly. You will wipe a lot without ever feeling really clean and will feel incomplete evacuations.

I'm just happy that when you don't go the scent stays inside you. Mine leaked out through my skin and I didn't know if it was better to be constipated or not. Notice what you eat that makes the smell worse and try cutting those out. Get tested by a Dr if you can and haven't been already.
