You may have low thyroid due to Adrenal Fatigue. In this case, all three hormones are low TSH, FT3, FT4. You may check http://www.drrind.com.
He has a chart under Methabolic something.

You need to run salivary tests - Cortisol curve. Though Dr.Lam claims that he can diagnose without the cortisol test.

You most probably would have flat cortisol curve.
