Keep in mind that you have to like mustard in order to enjoy this particular egg salad.

You simply start this egg salad as you normally would, by cutting the boiled egg in half and ‘mashing’ the yolk to fine crumbs. Everything is added to taste, so I do not measure.

Ingredients:

Egg yolk

Salt & pepper (pepper is optional especially if you add the paprika)

Paprika (optional)

Apple cider vinegar organic mustard
