I have started taking himalayasalt (teaspon of brine) in the morning and evening for starters. I have made an appointment with my GP for bloodworks on (amongst) sodium and potassium. Since there's still is a lot of blood in my mercury, I'll be getting ansvers pretty soon :)

For the first time in years i got a HSV outbreak. In my eyelid!! Used homebrewed St.Johns worth and calendula tinkture. Amazing potensy.
