I got mine at Mountain Rose herbs..very fresh and less than 10 dollars.
You are suppose to take it for 6 days 600 mg and then wait and see and then you may need to repeat.

I found it to be constipating at this dosage.
Myrrh is also good for cancer and many others.
The tincture from MR has a lot of alcohol in it and I am going to try the resin today with caps.I have been waiting on the caps and they arrived.
