I wonder if it is possible that as the olive oil and bile congeal, they form what we label stones, trapping (and thus removing) toxins as they do so? This may explain why flushing proves so successful, as the toxins, parasites, bacteria, cysts, etc. may be removed along with the so-called "stones"...

When I vomit (and this happens a lot folks!) I release practically nothing; and when I am lucky enough to avoid sickness I release far, far more. What a huge coincidence...

Of course, we may never know. The doctors of medicine pushing pills and surgery will never relent and consider the alternatives, while the herbalists, naturopaths and "self-help" authors will shamelessly stick to their guns in order to sell their products, treatments and books.

It works. Does it really matter how or why?
