Hi,

Please describe what you mean by "mysterious bumps on my arm"
Are the bumps like a clear hard glass looking ball about the size of a bb from a BB gun?
This may seem like a strange question, but this is the way that Morgellons can start on the skin.
As time progresses crawling movement can happen close to these bb shaped orbs under the skin.
