I have never felt that there were no health benefits to doing liver flushes. To date, I have completed 9 liver flushes. Combined with healthier eating and regular exercise, I have experience great health improvements.

Having said that, I have always maintained that the body will continue to produce new stones no matter how healthy you become. For that reason, whether the experiment proves that the stones released are gallbladder/ liver stones or a byproduct of digestion is really irrelevant. Stone formation is a natural process(that is a established fact - there is no such human being that is walking around permanently 100% stone free), so the ultimate goal should be to reduce new stone formation.

For my personal situation, I feel that I have pretty much maxed out any health benefits that can be gained from the liver flush; therefore, I plan to complete a 10th flush and then go on a maintenance schedule of two fluses a year. Time for me to move on and test other alternative health therapies such as coffee enemas, "cellular regeneration"/cellular cleansing teas, blood alkaline/acid rebalancing, and castor oil pack therapy to reduce the formation of new stones. Of course the daily exercise and healthier eating is something I will have to do for life or risk a reversal of many of my health benefits and risk becoming a victim of my bad genes.

It is been a fun and interesting journey and I wish everyone all the best in their quest to take control of and regain their health.

Best Wishes and God Bless.
