I have done 18 Liver Flushes since 10/04 - major help healthwise, easy, painless and I still don't like Epsom Salts ...
Drink lots of apple juice, take malic acid capsules to prepare for a week or more and flush - no worries.. it is cheap, easy and helps everyone I know who has done it. It saved me from surgery and I am enjoying a ton of benefits to boot.
I documented the the first five flushes or so.. got bored with taking pictures after a while.
