I did try some Lychee fruit this year. I believe healing kidneys is a complex matter, but I do believe it can be done. As I explore and come up with positive results I post them here. However, I have to admit, I could never try anything with pork in it, not only because it comes from a meat base that is hard on the kidneys, creates an acid heavy environment in the system, which is again bad for the body, but I am also Kosher. I follow the laws of eating meat (should I ever decide to eat any) that are found in the bible, specifically Deuteronomy 14. Pork is considered an unclean meat and I do not partake in it.

I will be starting a body detox then several kidney detox from dherbs.com to see if that has any effect. The creator of these cleanses says you can regain kidney function. I hope I am the first. I'll keep you posted.
