good to know things are getting better Mighty.
I had a break from fasting for a month then did a dry fast for a weekend a couple of weeks ago and it seemed so much easier and my sciatic nerve healed tremendously, so much so it seems almost 100% healed now.
Seems I need a long time to recover from dry fasting and when I come back to it the results are even better.
Feel like I could go for much longer when I get the chance if I've had a really good rest from it, but will have to see when the time comes.
