im 23 years old male.
for the last 6 years im diagnosed with fibromyalgia, which consist mostly of extreme full body pains, muscl fatigue, nausea etc all the time.
im extremely weak.
also ever since i remember i was very low motivated, couldnt persist in anything and was diagnosed with adhd a year+ ago but the symptoms were there for years.
for the last 12+ years, ive been having chronic stress daily due to lack relationship with my ill mother and even through the fibromyalgia diagnosis it was still there.
just lately i left home, hoping to never get back there.....

actually, even before the pains started(after weightlifting) i was very weak, low stamina, couldnt handle trips in the sun, was nauseated alot yet felt much much much better then i am today to the fact that i was rarelly thinking about it.
even since i was 12 i had low stamina while playing soccer but all those years i thought it ws because i didnt try to increase it.
i tried treating my pains in many ways with no success.
3 weeks ago i did a diagnostechs saliva test and it came back extremely low. my fears is that a)this lab isnt relaible enough and b)something iterupted the results:

8am 2 (13-24)
1pm 2 (5-10)
5pm 4 (3-8)
10pm 3 (1-4)

and yes first 2 tubes are "2".
ive been given hydrocortisone, by doctor advice 2X10mg in morning+noon but i was advised to split it to 4 dosages.
at the moment im taking 10-7.5-5-2.5 yet my day/night is pretty messed up so sometime the first dose is taken far after 6-8am. but upon wakening.
ive taken 2 ft3/4 tests 4 years apart and in both years the ft4 was in the upper range and the ft3 was middle-upper range. (ft4 was 17.7 and 18.8 out of 19.5).
can i also have rt3?
what can i expect from this hydrocortisone treatment? is it possible that the low cortisol is the cause of many of my problems including the pains or chances are that its a thyroid problem? can the hydro alone solve it? will i be needing to add t3 in the future?
ive been told that because im male and have such low results i will need to take even something like 30mg split to dosages.
how long its gonna take untill my adrenal will start to heal itself?
what should i do next?

thanks,
tal.
