Big thanks to all of you for the inspiration and advice. I'm on day 9, on cruise control at this point, and immensely glad that I did the MC. Hang in there if you're struggling.

I was wondering if anybody has healthy cookbook recommendations for a post-fast change in lifestyle? I'm getting '1001 low-fat Vegetarian recipes cookbook' delivered and will let you know how that is... Thanks.
