This is much easier the second time than last month when I did it. My husband is out of town...that might be why. I roller coasted a lot last time between feeling mentally strong and then extremely weak to food. I only did 5 days last time. I would like to go longer this time. Does anyone feel a little light headed when doing this? It's kind of a high, happy feeling. I remember this last time and laughing a lot at silly things....

Also I had a truly strange "waking dream" last night. I opened my eyes while I believe I was still mostly asleep and all of the lines in my room were sparkly w/blue, yellow and orange lights. There was also a line of light that came directly towards me....now my logical conscience knew that this couldn't be real and I slowly awoke and everything disappeared. 2 years ago I had a "waking dream"...I saw butterfly wings flutterung over my head and then they flew over to the smoke detector and I saw a red light shining through...I E-mailed this to a dream analysis site and I was told that this indicated I was in some sort of danger...shortly after that I found out that I had Thyroid cancer...the Thyroid is shaped like a butterfly. It was pretty weird how it played out. Anyway has anyone else had strange dreams or waking dreams?
