Have you done the 24 hr saliva test recently. It would be wise to give you a snapshot of what you're adrenals are doing on a regular day in bed. From there you can see what is the most logical approach to treatment. When I hear of people being in bed sometimes, not always, it's a good idea to consider hydrocortisone, but again you should check your adrenals through a 24 hr saliva test through a legit company like ZRT laboratories
