nearly no change since starting probiotics.

I am also doing 2-3x weekly IV Ozone therapy.

The time of most relief is the time that is farthest from food. Generally 3 hours after a meal.

I believe i noticed a small amount of relief from adding in Gastromend HP.


Also after a meal when my i can hear liquid squirting and my gut becoming unstable, the natural reaction is to stress and that usually worsens the process. So i have begun relaxing, focusing my thoughts on something else and using deep breaths to see if this helps and it seems to help stop post-meal gas from turning into post-meal diarrhea.
