All your symptoms --osteoporsis, low iron, low vitamin D point to malabsorption, and Celiac Disease can cause that. The fact you have osteoporsis so young really makes me suspect Celiac. As awareness of Celiac increases, more and more people are being diagnosed with it. It is not as rare as previously thought.
If you have been tested for it already, and told it was negative, I would try a gluten-fre diet anyway. The blood tests for celiac have not been perfected yet, many celiacs fall through the cracks. And many people have problems with gluten despite having tested negative for Celiac. I am one of them. Going gluten-free completely changed my life. I used to wake up every morning feeling like I got hit by a truck. And I had severe allergies that just got worse and worse. And I used to sleep 12 hours a day, and still be exhausted when I woke up. I am now healthier than I ever remember. Looking back, I believe I had a gluten problem all my life. I would give anything to have been diagnosed at your age.
I hope this helps you. Good luck with finding an answer, whatever that answer turns out to be.
