Your English is Fine..... Thank you for sharing your experiences... I have only performed liver/gall bladder flushes but am looking into doing some major cleansing, just trying to find the right time to do it since I have a very busy schedule. As for the worms, I know that at first, it's a little frightening to see these things that came from your body, but then, it's very refreshing to know that at least you are emiminating them with hopes of ridding your body from the diesases they cause.... Best of luck to you with your future cleansing and flushes however I would like to hear more about your 88 cleaning cycle thus far. Like I said earlier, I plan to do one, just which one, I am not sure...
