bingo.

and that is the key for most people!!!! but they then (tend to) treat the knowledge/recognition/intuition as if it were something like a used tire, to be simply (quickly) replaced or patched, and -- 'done is done'. It is a lot more complex, AND a lot "simpler", cuiously, AND (one's self) deserves more appreciation than that... ( than the silver bullet, detatched, fragmented route)


My sense????
low assimilation  / low adrenal function. Despite lots of supplements; nothing (or very little) can be / is retained or assimilated...
and we forget that digestion itself is a rarity: the simple;  that works, and works without invasion... wow...)

so....................................
