Thank you for that information! I had an idea that pretty much any oil would work, since this is really a mechanical reaction and not a chemical one.

It has actually only been a week since my last flush, but I have been feeling tightness/stagnation along the liver meridian. Also, the allergies have been HORRIBLE!

#5 wasn't all that great...released some, but somehow there was not a total release. I spent the last week in melancholy hell. Some call it depression. This is how I typically will react when I mess with my liver (as we all know it is the seat of emotion). I have a young child to care for and I cannot go on being in such a terrible mood.

SOOOO....I am doing an "emergency" flush. I think the emotional symptoms are just as valid of a reason to flush as the physical ones...ie...pain/GB attack, etc.

Plus, I am anxious to try this out.

I will keep you all posted!
