I don't have a fever, I am taking the thyme, chaparral, horseradish, eucalyptus combo a few times a day 20 min before meals
( is it ok to put into water and drink instead of capsules? )
I am on day 3 and much better, coughing up green stuff, how long should i expect this?
What should i do for post nasal drip? Water Kefir? Pau d'arco? Any other suggestions? I know i got this from post nasal drip traveling down to my lungs.. I caught it early but i am worried. Thanks !!!!!!!!!!
