600 mg= 2 OO (Olive-Oil) capsules of myrrh powder

or grind gum resin tears if you cannot get the powder but it may need 3 OO (Olive-Oil) caps to equate 600 mg

or 3.5ml of myrrh extract


add neem, (systemic) 2 pellets or 2 OO (Olive-Oil) caps powder

add boswellia 2 caps powder
oregeno oil or enteric capsules/tabs

take this for 6 days on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before breakfast
