Sorry, I may be a little taller than what you were looking for, but I did a 30 day Master-Cleanse and lost 35 pounds, of which I was able to keep of 28.

I have a pretty slow metabolism, so I kept pretty active (I had no choice, my job demanded that I be on my feet all day - 14 hours average!)
