I have some questions first.  The pics are not real clear, but it appears like there is welting.  Are the welts resulting from the scratching or are the affected areas raised before scratching?  Also, is there any dryness to the areas or redness before scratching?  Does anything seem to make it better or worse?  Any changes in your life around the time this started such as excess stress or started on any medications?
