My cortisol levels show to up pretty low.

I'm about to start on 30mg of HC daily.

Any suggestions or hints out there? Anything else I need to take with it? I'm pretty nervous. I know it will up my insulin needs and I hope it doesn't cause too much insulin to come out and crash me.

I sure hope this makes me feel better. I'm tired of suffering.
