Sorry you're having such a hard time- we all know what a toll the Mirena takes on your life.
From my perspective, the weird thing is that many of my side effects cleared up almost immediately after removal. But all the things you mentioned like itchy skin, sleeplessness etc, I suffered really badly while I had the damn thing inside me.
Hang on in there- many of us react differently and no doubt you'll have good days and bad days. But generally my life has been SO much better since removal.Hope you start improving soon.
