HV,I have read that GTF (Glucose Tolerance Factor) Chromium,is the best form to help the Insulin Resistance problems, because it helps to open the receptors and let the insulin carry the glucose into the cells-Is this the type of chromium you are talking about?-Thank you for the info- Best regards and good health to all-
