Hi guys

I'm on my second Iodine detox protocol (First 2010 - 280days - now (second time) I'm at 25 days curezone-style). I have started to experience pains in my kidneys (maybe not stones) and I am gradually experiencing prehypertension. Generally I feel scruffy. I exercise 60 min daily (diffrenciating betw. cayak bike and walk. (medium level.)) My diet is glutenfree and locarb.

What could be brewing?
