Dont worry takes us all time to get on with, I start again today, its exactly 80 days till 26th sep so nomore days to mess for me!

currently im 16.12 (gained 3, which is good, because i have binged enough to gain more in the 3 days i have had off) will post my weight sometime on the 9th after a full Water Fast day.
