He bri, good luck with this; I have the same triple therapy and will not take take; I decided to do the second line triple therapy since most people have had success with it;

Also, regarding your tests, you should two weeks post any medications; and also you should test stool taken on three consecutive days; Blasto and D. Frgalis shed every other day; this is how they found my Blasto for the second time; I did six single tests on different days; and no blasto was found; but when I did the stool tests based on three consecutive days, Blasto was found;

your doctors should know this; this is how Jetti Katz Lab in NY found it.

Also, they should be morning stool; not afternoon or any other time.
