yeah I thougt that too. As in what is left to eat?? I wonder if a food is high oxalate but also high in calcium if this makes a difference? I find it hard to believe that spinach and chard are bad foods. You think a little coral calcium each day might be a good thing?

at any rate it is nice to have a new possible angle from which to work the problem of leak gut. I've NEVER heard it discussed like that in terms of gut permiability being turned off and on routinely being normal. It suggests being turned on (high permeability) inappropriately is the culprit in the battle I guess along with the more long term villi damage.
