I'm starting a fast tomorrow and join you. I need to stop over eating, want to transition to a raw foods diet after fasting. This is going to be so hard. I'm going to need lots of support! The longest I've ever fasted was 10 days and that was years ago. Want to do a long fast till the end of July as well.
