I am kinda new to the concept of using alt medicines. However i must say that i started using grape seed extract oil 10 drops morning and evening - i see a tremendous improvement in my BM.

I also brought some peppermint oil (enteric coated)

not sure if i start it now with grape seed or after 15 days of using grape seed.

However my bloating immediately after food and flatulance (although reduced) is still a probloem.

can you clarify what you mean by enzematic therapy?

and what in the world is Miracle-Mineral-Supplement - all i know is Miracle-Mineral-Supplement is multimedia service - used to send funny pics to people LOL
