Lost 4 pounds, that is good for a cheat day! I have no desire to eat today, I did try some food that my mum cooked it was my favourtie but for some reason it tasted realy bad, after a day which wasnt even a real fast..

From now its raw juices, nuts, fruits and veg only on days I eat, should result in a nice weightloss cleanse over the remaining days.
