Uny (et all),

I've just successfully done 3 days in a row of 2 full strength coffee enemas back to back!!! I listened for my liver with a stethoscope and heard all kinds of noises but I'm not really sure if anything happened because I didn't have any reactions. Anyhow, I'm taking today off but then I will resume on a daily schedule. I did notice that the blood in my arms and face felt like a cool stream... Soothing and tingling, while I held it... That's been fun.

So, I've been castor oil packing every night for 3 months, LBB for a month and a half, IF2 for about a month, coffee enemas.... Once I add the liver tincture will I then be ready for some liver flushing?!?!?!?

I can't wait!
