The DMSO should help, as it will carry virtually anything it comes into contact with into the tissues.

For maximum benefit, you should keep colloidal silver in CONSTANT contact with the staph, such as by soaking a cotton ball or guaze pad and keep adding colloidal silver to keep it moist,  If it were me, I would also use oil of oregano, another powerful staph fighter.
