You only skip the supplements on the day of the flush. Keep flushing a clean liver will help balance the hormones. Even with supplements, which are sold by chiropractors and other health suppliers, like Naturopaths you should be careful and make up your mind if you need them. Even this industry is a business.
Usually when you have a clean liver and intestines everything in the body start working better.
The other day I read a message from someone who had spent $700 in a year, prescribed by a N.D., and was not any better.
