Is psyllium bad for leaky gut? I have it sometimes but now I'm reading it's bad. If so, how about a seed mixture like chia or flax? I'm trying to get enough fiber and if I can't have the psyllium, I'll need something else. I saw a seed mixture from RAW foods that looked very good.
