Iodoquinol was the next thing I was going to try if I found D. Fragilis again. It is reasonable to assume that it might be effective against Blastocystis, also, as it appears to be a nasty antiprotozoal. It depends on the ability of Blastocystis to leave the intestinal lumen, as the drug is not supposed to be absorbed systemically.
