Hi! I've been suffering from chronical self-gratification for 6 years. I've been doing it twice a day...
Recently I finally realised how much harmfull it is.
I am 20 years old. I am become bald (none of my familly members were bald), I have red, fat face, acne, eye floaters, white tongue, I am always fatigue, poor memory ect.
I've read somewhere that self-gratification cause hormonal imbalance and kidneys problems. How can I improve my kidneys? What is wrong with them?
