I have had a really difficult time with B complex vitamin supplements. I know how important they are, but even the low dose ones (25mg) make me nauseous every time I take them. I know they help me feel better, but because of it, I don't take them. I've tied capsules over tablets and it doesn't make any difference. Then I ran across Carlson Labs b-complex in a soft gel. It is the only one that I've tried that doesn't make me nauseous. It's rather large, but it is a b50 complex. It does contain soybean oil and the b12 is cyanocobalimin, but I do notice positive results when I do take it. I've recently picked up the b's by themselves and find my pee is a lighter color yellow when I take them. And even though they are in capsules, I don't get nauseous swallowing them.

Thorne Research's Methyl-Guard Plus contains: Riboflavin 5-Phosphate Sodium, Pyridoxal 5'-Phosphate (B6) and 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (folic acid)

Life Extension's Mega Benfotiamine (thiamin)

Terry Naturally, Iodine Co-factors
inositol hexaniacinate, magnesium, riboflavin, maganese, seleninum

As well as a separate methyl B12.

The only thing I don't have separately is the biotin and pantothenic acid.

I should try to take the Carlsons b-complex along with the Thorne, LE and Terry Naturally... But that is a heck of a lot of pills! I haven't geared up to start taking them daily yet.
