Basically any capsule supplement containing acidophilus and bifidus will work. They are very common and tend to be pretty cheap, around $10/bottle here in the States.

As far as Threelac, I'm not sure if that contains bifidus, which is supposed to be particularly effective against candida. Also, doesn't Threelac contain some other stuff besides probiotics? You might want to be careful putting it up your nose as it might cause irritation. At least with the pure probiotic supplement you know you're not spraying anything but distilled water and probiotics up your nose.
