I am trying to collect ideas for a super healthy drink that really simplifies health, and basically replacing any supplement with this.

My problems are lack of digestive fire, inflamed eyes and fatigue so I was thinking maybe a drink of..

1T Raw Honey
1T ACV
Sliced Ginger
Cayenne



Any other ideas to make a super health drink??
